A versatile self-contained area measuring over 2000 sq ft has just become available within our recently refurbished business centre. It is not just your average characterless unit on a mundane trading estate.

Previously used as a training centre for practical courses the space would be suitable for a variety of purposes including training/call-centre operation/light assembly etc.

The property was formerly an Edwardian swimming baths and features exposed roof trusses and cathedral-style windows at either end providing plenty of character.

Modern features installed include energy-efficient lighting and heating zoned alarm system intercom at main entrance providing remote access and WiFi. Located in Tibshelf Enterprise House Business Centre houses a number of small businesses and is just a short drive from the M1.

We are able to provide a short video of the space if required. If you are interested in finding out more please email sales@enterprisehousebc.co.uk or phone 01773 590088 / 07970 284848 Nick

I have the opportunity to make a mosaic for British Waterways in a fabulous position in a restored waterside mill building if I can find funding. Can anyone provide any pointers? I dont seem to tick the boxes in any funders criteria but would like to take this opportunity to make a stunning mosaic in an location visited by tourists and locals alike. I have found the location created and created the opportunity. Now all I need is the funding...

My colleagues and I dancers and callers are looking for experienced teachers of English country dance esp. Playford to train as square dance callers. No experience required just a willingness to learn the Mainstream square dance programme and then to teach it to beginners.

I am looking to talk to any colleagues hwo have experience of the new requirements for large events to have Safety Advisory Groups and the resultant burden of paperwork etc. As a small voluntary organisation we feel we are sinking under the load at present and any pointers or shared experience would be most welcome.
